Catering for all fitness levels, Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout which incorporates ballet and Pilates moves to tone your body and create leaner and longer muscles. Combining conditioning, standing cardio intervals and core mat work, the Barre collection instructors will challenge users with high repetitions of small and large range of motion movements and isometric contractions. Equipment such as therabands, pilates balls and light hand weights can add an extra intensity to all Barre workouts.
