This series of challenging classes combine conditioning, standing cardio intervals and core mat work with high repetitions of various motion movements. Move123 Barre classes offer specific body area workouts to full body workouts designed to challenge the user. Equipment such as therabands, Pilates balls and light hand weights can add an extra intensity to all barre workouts.
